The daily schedule is more or less settled in now. Our biological clocks are adjusted to the time shift. Our day looks something like this:
- 17:00 wake up
- 17:30 move to Bern
- 18:00 breakfast
- 19:00 take over command post
- 19:15 briefing
- 19:30 bring out first team
- 22:00 lunch
- 22:30 bring out second team
- 01:30 bring out third team
- 04:00 dinner
- 04:30 bring out fourth team
- 08:30 debriefing
- 08:45 move to encampment
- 09:30 go to bed
